Evel Knievel Days, Inc. is a Montana Non-Profit Corporation run by a group of unpaid volunteers. Evel Knievel Days, Inc. is in a Service Agreement with Headwaters RC&D, Inc., a 501c3.  Headwaters is the Financial Manager for Evel Knievel Days, Inc., while EK Days awaits the approval of its own 501c3 application (this process takes 9+ months).  As such, all donations to Evel Knievel Days, Inc. are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
